Professional background: Lead-advised more than 200 M&A, capital markets and financing transactions in mature (US, Europe, Switzerland) and emerging markets (Latin America). Extensive Swiss and international track record in creating share- and stakeholder value by strategic consulting and implementation of business transformations, business owner successions, corporate carve-outs, growth and divestment transactions, VC and bank financings as well as debt and equity capital raisings in the private and public markets.

Personal background: Married, three grown children, likes squash, outdoor sports, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
